Kerzner is partnering with MGM Mirage (50/50) on a currently unnamed major resort project. Situated on 40 acres at the north end of the Strip, opposite the Sahara and near the Stratosphere and Circus Circus, the project is currently delayed indefinitely.
Based in Paradise Island, The Bahamas. Chairman and CEO is Solomon (Sol) Kerzner, a South African hotel and gambling magnate. Kerzner may be 13% owned by Dubai World. Kerzner's flagship brand is Atlantis, which includes Atlantis, Paradise Island, a 2,317-room, ocean-themed destination resort located on Paradise Island, The Bahamas.
